At Eternal Bliss Health, we believe that true wellbeing is built on the daily choices that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. Our mission is to help individuals move beyond simply managing illness and towards achieving lasting health, vitality, and quality of life. Through the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, we focus on the foundations of health—nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, meaningful relationships, and healthy habits—to address the root causes of chronic disease and support long-term wellbeing.

My journey into Lifestyle Medicine is deeply personal.

I grew up in a family where chronic diseases were commonplace. Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and high cholesterol affected many of those closest to me. The defining moment came when I lost my father to a heart attack in his early fifties, shortly after he had begun treatment for diabetes. Losing him was a profound shock and left a lasting impression on me. It was then that I became determined to understand why so many people suffer from preventable illness and what could be done differently.

I spent more than a decade working as a clinician before moving into clinical research and later the pharmaceutical industry, where I worked for fifteen years helping to develop new medicines and treatments. While these experiences reinforced the importance of modern medicine, they also revealed a crucial truth: health cannot be restored through medication alone.

What we eat, how we move, the quality of our sleep, our stress levels, and the strength of our social connections all have a profound influence on our health outcomes. In many cases, these factors can help prevent, improve, and even reverse chronic conditions.

This understanding led me to become Board Certified in Lifestyle Medicine and dedicate my work to helping people create sustainable, meaningful improvements in their health.

Today, through Eternal Bliss Health, I combine clinical expertise, scientific evidence, health education, and personalised coaching to help individuals navigate the often confusing world of health information. In an era of social media influencers, miracle cures, and one-size-fits-all health hacks, I believe every person deserves guidance that is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to their unique circumstances.

I am a firm believer in the power of prevention, the potential for recovery, and the body's remarkable capacity to heal when given the right conditions.
